Needed carpet for one room in a pinch and walked into Maloney Carpet. Was greeted by Suzanne who completely understood, took me to their warehouse full of inventory, and made this all happen in a time crunch. Thank you Suzanne! Installers (Elwin and Blake) were professional and excellent too! So, with plans for a larger flooring project in the near future, I'm going to stay the course with Maloney Carpet. I would highly recommend them as they went out of their way to please us!!

Jack, your staff at Maloney Carpet One Floor & Home did a wonderful job with our vinyl floor installation today (10/21/2020). It was an outstanding job, very well done! A photo of the end result is attached. My wife and I were very pleased with your customer service staff (especially Kathy) and their answering of all our questions. Also, Scott Tracy, your installer did an outstanding job; an absolutely fine finishing job. He paid close attention to use of materials, patterns, and how much flooring would be needed to finish the job when fully across the floor.

From the moment we walked in and met Mary we both felt at ease, she lent us a few floor samples to take home and see how they looked. over the next few days we pondered on what we wanted, never felt rushed to make a decision, when decision day came we again felt at ease with Mary's scheduling and overall handling of the project. Day of appointment was on time and Andy and his crew began, they had to return a 2nd day to finish up and it looked perfect. A few days later another employee Tom came back to finish transition strips. All positives at this point with Jeff and his crew.
